Details of the Job/Internship

C. K. Legal is hiring advocates with experience of 1 to 5+ years to join their office in Fort, Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent the firm and its clients by appearing before various Courts, Tribunals, and Forums.
• Take detailed instructions from clients to build effective legal strategies for civil and criminal cases.
• Prepare comprehensive legal arguments and assist senior arguing counsels during court proceedings.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft petitions, applications, and other litigation-related documents.
• Manage assigned cases in a time-bound manner to ensure all judicial deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless transition from research to courtroom advocacy.

Eligibility

• Law Graduate from a recognized university and enrolled with the Bar Council.
• Junior Associate: 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
• Senior Associate: 5 years and above of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
• Strong competence in legal drafting, research, and professional communication.
• Proven experience in appearing before Courts and Tribunals.
• High level of focus, commitment, and ability to handle time-sensitive assignments.
