TKC Partners is hiring for the position of Associate for their dispute resolution team.
- Location and Mode: Central Delhi, On-site
- Post Qualification Experience: 4-6 Years
Eligibility
- The candidate will work closely with senior team members in various forums, including Supreme Court and High Court, National Court of Legal Technology (NCLT) and National Court of Civil Procedure (NCDRC).
- Candidate must have strong drafting skills, and arguing/court experience.
