Details of the Job/Internship
Elarra Law Offices is hiring 2 Associates with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting detailed title due diligence and searches at the Sub-Registrar’s office.
- Draft and review routine real estate agreements, notices, and correspondence.
- Perform legal research on property-related statutes and local land regulations.
- Support the senior team in the execution and registration of legal documents.
- Maintain organized case files and transaction trackers.
- Coordinate with clients and external agencies for document collection and verification.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy in all legal drafting and document formatting.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Strong fundamental understanding of civil and real estate law.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.
- LLB degree from a recognized university.
