Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring Associates with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join their Disputes team in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation, advice, and services to clients.
• Conduct detailed legal research and case analysis.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Assist in case preparation, hearings, and court-related work.
• Participate in case discussions and strategy planning.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of PQE, including at least 1 year with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firm.
• Focused experience in disputes/litigation practice.
• Proficiency in reading and speaking Kannada is essential.
