- Practice Area: M&A/PE/VC/General Corporate
- Location: New Bengaluru, On-site
Eligibility
- Post Qualification Experience: 1-4 Years
- Preferred Sectors/Domains: Diverse sectoral experience preferred.
Other specific requirements:
- Good drafting skills
- Attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Passionate about being a good corporate law practitioner
- Sound exposure to corporate transactions and advisory
- Knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and exchange control laws in India
- Also looking for Labour & Employment law specialist or experience in Technology, Media & Telecom Sector
