Details of the Job/Internship

Kumar Legal Research LLP is hiring Associates having a PQE of 2-3 Years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal opinions involving banking, payment services, negotiable instruments, securities, security enforcement laws, contracts, and company compliance.
• Plan a strategizing approach for litigation and explore innovative means to resolve disputes.

Eligibility

• The candidate must have a PQE of 2-3 years in the area of NCLT, DRT, and taxation.
• The candidate should have a degree of LLB/LLM from a reputed institute. 
• Thorough knowledge of IBC, Taxation, and DRT.
• The candidate must have excellent technical application, drafting, and research capabilities, finalizing and filing various applications.
