Details of the Job/Internship

The Law Chambers of C. K. Nandakumar is hiring two Associates with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients and handle matters in various courts and tribunals in Bengaluru.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on complex points of law and precedents.
• Draft and vet petitions, appeals, written submissions, and legal notices.
• Assist senior advocates in case preparation and courtroom strategy.
• Manage client briefings and coordinate with court registries for filings.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a reputed university with a strong academic record.
• 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
• Qualified and enrolled to practice law in India.
• Proficiency in Kannada is considered an added bonus for local court proceedings.
