Details of the Job/Internship

Mishra & Associates is hiring Associates to work on matters primarily before the Orissa High Court, with additional exposure to matters before the Bombay High Court, Delhi High Court, and High Court of Karnataka on a remote basis. The role offers hands-on experience in litigation, drafting, corporate advisory, arbitration, and tribunal practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulatory frameworks.
• Draft pleadings, writ petitions, affidavits, agreements, legal notices, and submissions.
• Assist in appearances and case preparation before the Orissa High Court.
• Support drafting and research for matters before other High Courts and tribunals remotely.
• Work on corporate and commercial documentation and advisory assignments.
• Assist in arbitration matters and proceedings before NCLT.
• Prepare case briefs, summaries, and maintain documentation.

Eligibility

Practising Advocates; Law Graduates or Students (3-year / 5-year course).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
