Details of the Job/Internship

Naik Naik & Company is hiring Senior Associates (4+ years PQE) and Principal Associates (7+ years PQE) with extensive experience in the media and entertainment sector to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements for Film/Series production, Cast & Crew contracts, Brand Endorsements, and Content Distribution.
• Advise clients on legal issues related to audio-visual content production and distribution.
• Support legal strategy formulation for media and entertainment projects.
• Collaborate with teams on high-profile entertainment law matters and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and intellectual property rights.

Eligibility

• Senior Associate: 4+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Principal Associate: 7+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong expertise in media and entertainment law
• Proven experience in drafting, vetting, and negotiating film, television, and content-related agreements.

Salary/Stipend
