Details of the Job/Internship
Naik Naik & Company is hiring for multiple positions at the Senior Associate and Principal Associate levels, with immediate joining preferred.
Open Positions:
- Senior Associate — Disputes (PQE: 5+ years).
- Senior Associate — Corporate Team (PQE: 5+ years).
- Senior Associate — IPR Litigation (PQE: 5+ years).
- Principal Associate — Disputes (PQE: 7+ years).
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation, corporate, or IPR matters depending on the role.
- Draft pleadings, agreements, notices, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
- Represent clients and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders.
- Manage case files, timelines, and ensure timely completion of matters.
- Support senior lawyers and work independently where required.
Eligibility
- PQE as per the role: 5+ years for Senior Associates and 7+ years for Principal Associate.
- Experience in disputes, corporate law, or IPR litigation as applicable.
- Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage matters independently and work in a structured environment.
