Details of the Job/Internship

Neeti Shastra is hiring Associates for an Ahmedabad-based law firm with experience ranging from 6 months to 5 years.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft petitions, applications, legal opinions, and various commercial agreements.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide analytical support for complex cases.
• Develop litigation strategies and oversee the preparation of documents for court hearings.
• Brief senior counsels and coordinate representation across various judicial forums.
• Manage real estate due diligence and non-litigation advisory work.
• Handle criminal and civil litigation matters, ensuring procedural compliance.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to provide timely legal updates.

Eligibility

• 6 months – 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong legal research and analytical capabilities.
• Proven experience in drafting petitions and legal opinions.
• Prior experience or internships in litigation or non-litigation teams is preferred.
• Fluency in the local language (Gujarati) is considered an added advantage.
• Ability to handle litigation strategy and court preparation independently.
