Details of the Job/Internship

Niyam Advisors is seeking a full-time, on-site Associate in Hyderabad to support its corporate restructuring and compliance practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal and financial research.
• Assist in corporate restructuring projects and insolvency resolution processes.
• Advise on compliance under the Companies Act, IBC, and FEMA.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and support senior advisors in client matters.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and contribute to advisory deliverables.

Eligibility

• CS, Semi-qualified CS, LL.B., or LL.M.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Companies Act, IBC, and FEMA.
• Prior experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency resolution preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Background in law, business, finance, or related field.
