Presidency Chambers is hiring Associates with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Delhi-NCR for its Disputes and Corporate Commercial Practice.
- No of Position: 2.
Role and Responsibilities
- The disputes practice is primarily commercial litigation/arbitration as well as regulatory litigation at various forums including the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts across the country, various National Company Law Tribunals; and
- The Corporate Commercial Practice is focused on advising on PE/VC/M&A transactions, due diligence, and general corporate advisory.
Eligibility
- Post-qualification experience of 1 to 2 years.
