Details of the Job/Internship
RHP Partners is looking to hire Associates with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial disputes and SEBI/SAT litigation for their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
- Representing clients in court appearances and proceedings.
- Briefing senior counsels and assisting in legal strategy.
- Managing case files, deadlines, and overall case progress.
- Advising on and ensuring compliance with SEBI, SAT, and arbitration laws.
