S.ASHWINIKUMAR AND CO. LLP is hiring Associates to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- The position requires the candidate to be proactive and responsive in assisting senior associates and partners in handling various legal matters.
- The role involves drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, and assisting in research and analysis.
- This role also provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and career development, including exposure to an extensive range of legal issues.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in law and enrolled as an Associate Advocate/Article Assistant with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and good knowledge of legal terminology.
- Good drafting and research skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with MS Office, legal databases, and online legal research tools would be an advantage.
- Experience in corporate law, litigation, banking, or intellectual property law would be an advantage.
- Demonstrable commitment to professional growth and development and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing legal requirements.
