Details of the Job/Internship
They are also seeking an Associate with experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation for litigation before the Bombay High Court.
Role Description: Associate IBC, Commercial and Direct and Indirect Taxation.
Role and Responsibilities
The Associate will be responsible for legal research, drafting legal documents, and appearing before NCLT in IBC and commercial matters.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of PQE.
- Drafting Legal Documents.
- Case Preparation and Support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
