SDS Advocates is hiring for the position of 2 Associates with experience of 2+ years to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Experienced professional with experience in drafting, filing, and appearing before NCLT, Mumbai, and Appellate Tribunal for IBC matters.
- Professionals experienced in Direct and Indirect Tax - The candidate should have prior experience in drafting and good knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax. Candidates with prior experience in appearing before Bombay High Court, CESTAT, ITAT.
Eligibility
- LLB, LLM.
- Two years of post-graduation experience is mandatory.
