Details of the Job/Internship

Sharma & Sharma, Advocates & Legal Consultants LLP is hiring Associates with experience of 1–3 years to join their offices in New Delhi and Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents.
• Appearing before Courts and Tribunals.
• Assisting in matters related to IBC and Arbitration.

Eligibility

• Advocate with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in drafting and appearing before all Courts and Tribunals.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and Arbitration Laws.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
