Role and Responsibilities
- The candidate will practice litigation before the NCLT and the Gujarat High Court.
- The candidate will do research work, prepare briefs and compliances, and appear before the court/tribunal.
Eligibility
Education: Candidate must hold a degree in law, 5-year LLB or 3-year LLB.
Requirements: A candidate having prior knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code would be preferred.
