   • 1 position with post qualification experience of 1-3 years.

Job Description

Ability to manage and handle matters independently - both IP prosecution and litigation. Appear in courts across India and help with drafting, client handling and interacting with senior lawyers.

Prosecution - independently file applications for trademarks, designs and copyrights. Respond to office actions and attend hearings at IP offices. Manage contented proceedings such as oppositions, corrections etc.

Mandatory Requirement

• Applicants must possess a Professional Qualifications Examination (PQE) of 1-3 years with prior work experience in an Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) law firm.
• They must possess a thorough understanding of both substantive and procedural intellectual property laws.
• Additionally, they must possess self-motivation, a willingness to learn, and proficiency and command of English language, both orally and in writing.
• Furthermore, they must possess excellent analytical and research skills, with a focus on detail. Finally, they must be committed to staying in the country for an extended period of time.
