Details of the Job/Internship
Chambers of Gautam Singh is hiring an Associate with 2–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join their litigation practice in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage civil and commercial litigation matters independently from filing to final arguments.
- Draft complex pleadings, petitions, and legal documents for the Supreme Court and specialized tribunals.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on sensitive matters and issues of public interest.
- Represent the firm and its clients before the NCLT, NCLAT, NGT, and the Supreme Court.
- Oversee matter strategy and coordinate with senior counsel for high-profile hearings.
Eligibility
- 2–5 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation.
- Demonstrated excellence in independent drafting of complex pleadings.
- Strong matter management skills and a merit-oriented professional background.
- Ability to undergo a mandatory assessment/probation period.
