Nation with NaMo is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct background research and gather qualitative and quantitative data for evidence-based reforms.
- Support the development and drafting of state and national manifestos and policy recommendations.
- Prepare clear and concise policy briefs, reports, presentations, and stakeholder summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement governance reforms and evaluate initiatives.
- Monitor political, regulatory, and programmatic developments to introduce best practices.
- Adapt quickly to emerging priorities and support senior management in high-pressure contexts.
- Travel extensively if needed to support ground-level implementation and stakeholder engagement.
Eligibility
- Minimum degree from a Tier 1 or 2 academic institution in Law, Social Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 0–2 years in consulting, governance research, or political consulting is highly desirable.
- Strong grasp of India’s political landscape, governance structures, and electoral processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a demanding environment.
- Proficiency in basic data analysis and reporting under guidance.
