Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate in its Corporate Law practice specializing in Asset Management and Investment Funds with 2-6 years of experience, to join their offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru, or NCR. The role involves advising on fund structuring, asset management, and financial regulations while working with leading experts in the field.

Role and Responsibilities

Advise on investment fund formation, asset management, and investment programmes.
Assist in structuring joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
Draft and negotiate fund documentation, JV agreements, and regulatory filings.
Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal solutions.
Mentor junior associates and contribute to business development.

Eligibility

Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
2-6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, focusing on asset management and investment funds.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills.
Familiarity with financial markets laws.
Proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
