Details of the Job/Internship

TLH, Advocates & Solicitors is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate – Commercial Litigation with experience of 3–6 years to join their office in Hyderabad. This is a full-time role in the dispute resolution practice, involving close collaboration with Principal Associates and Partners on commercial litigation and arbitration matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Working on pre-dispute advisory matters.
• Handling pan-India court litigation and arbitration.
• Supporting multinational and Indian clients on commercial dispute engagements.

Eligibility

• BA LL.B. or LL.B.
• 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
