Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate Corporate Lawyer – M&A and PE/VC Transactions to join its General Corporate practice in Bengaluru. The position is at the Associate or Senior Associate level and focuses on general corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and related transactions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling mergers and acquisitions.
• Advising on private equity transactions.
• Working on joint ventures.
• Dealing with restructuring, distress, special situations, and insolvency matters.
• Advising on asset management and funds.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Post-qualification experience of 2 to 8 years.

Salary/Stipend
