DSK Legal is hiring Associates/Senior Associates with 2+ years of experience to join their Delhi office in the Corporate (Advisory & Transactional) practice areas.

Role and Responsibilities

• Corporate (Advisory & Transactional) – Job Code: 00028
• Transactional and advisory work including due diligence exercises, investment/acquisition transactions, and drafting of transaction documentation (SHAs, SSAs, JVAs, etc.).
