Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate with 4–7 years of PQE to join their General Corporate practice in NCR. The role involves working on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, restructuring, distress, special situations, and insolvency, while upholding high standards of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle matters relating to mergers and acquisitions.
• Work on private equity and joint venture transactions.
• Advise on restructuring, distress, special situations, and insolvency matters.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 4–7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Expertise in Corporate Practice, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, restructuring, distress, special situations, and insolvency.
• Demonstration of integrity, professionalism, respect, and alignment with the firm’s collective goals.

Salary/Stipend
