Details of the Job/Internship

S&A Law Offices is hiring Associates and Senior Associates with 3+ years of experience in Indirect Tax or Corporate Law for their upcoming office in Hyderabad. The roles require expertise in GST advisory, compliance, refunds, litigation, appeals, Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI compliance, M&A, PE transactions, drafting and advisory.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling GST advisory, compliance, refunds, litigation and appeals.
• Advising on Companies Act, FEMA, FDI/ODI/ECBs and SEBI compliance.
• Managing M&A and private equity transactions.
• Drafting legal documents and providing advisory support.

Eligibility

For Indirect Tax:

• Qualification: CA or LLB.
• Experience: 3+ years PQE.
• Expertise in GST advisory, compliance, refunds, litigation and appeals.

For Corporate Law:

• Qualification: CS (mandatory) and LLB (preference for candidates from Legal/CA/CS firms).
• Experience: 3+ years PQE.
• Expertise in Companies Act, FEMA, FDI/ODI/ECBs, SEBI compliance, M&A, PE transactions, drafting and advisory.

Salary/Stipend
