Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate with 2–7 years of experience in Employment Law Practice to join their offices in Mumbai or Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on employee compensation, benefits, and social security compliance.
• Assist in policy structuring, drafting employment contracts, and workforce reorganisations.
• Handle matters related to senior management hiring, exits, and disciplinary issues.
• Conduct due diligence and assist in employee transfers during business acquisitions.
• Draft separation and exit documentation, restrictive covenants, and employee handbooks.
• Represent clients before labour authorities and handle trade union disputes.
• Participate in labour audits, disciplinary inquiries, and workplace investigations.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in Employment Law Practice.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
