Details of the Job/Internship

Juris Prime Law Services is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate in the Real Estate Practice to join their office in Hyderabad. The role includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate documents, conducting title due diligence, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and representing clients in property-related transactions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents.
• Conduct title due diligence.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Represent clients in property-related transactions.
• Offer legal opinions and manage disputes.
• Advise clients on regulatory matters related to the real estate sector.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing real estate purchase agreements, leases, and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of title due diligence, property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience representing clients in property transactions and dispute resolution in real estate matters.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• LLB degree from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience in real estate law is highly desirable.
