Details of the Job/Internship
Inttl Advocare is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate in Trademark, Copyright and Design Prosecution with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Noida. The role involves managing IP portfolios, advising on registrability and strategy, and supporting prosecution and client services.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct clearance searches, draft opinions, and advise on registrability and strategy.
- Prepare and file applications before the Trade Marks Registry, Copyright Office, and Design Wing.
- Handle trademark, copyright, and design prosecution activities.
- Manage large-volume IP portfolios.
- Provide client updates, opinions, and risk assessments on IP issues.
- Handle assignments, license recordals, and respond to examination reports.
- Attend hearings and support senior team members in business development and knowledge initiatives.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law from a reputed law school.
- Well-versed with Intellectual Property laws and Intellectual Property Office practices and procedures.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and client service orientation.
