Details of the Job/Internship
Parinam Law Associates is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate with 4–5 years of PQE in litigation and arbitration for its Commercial Dispute Resolution team in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently manage litigation and arbitration matters before courts, tribunals, and forums.
- Develop litigation strategies, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage client communications.
- Represent clients before High Courts, arbitral tribunals, and statutory authorities.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure quality deliverables.
- Regularly update partners on significant case developments.
- Coordinate with external counsel, experts, and stakeholders in multi-party disputes.
- Contribute to client pitches, business development, and practice growth.
- Publish legal articles and updates to enhance the firm’s profile.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory).
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and arbitration.
- Strong drafting, advocacy, and strategic skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and lead teams under tight timelines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
- Familiarity with substantive and procedural laws, evidence, and court processes.
