Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, filing, and prosecution of patents.
- Conducting patent search and analytics.
- Handling patent-related contentious matters.
Eligibility
- B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics & Telecommunication.
- Candidates with an LL.B. and registered as Patent Agents will be preferred.
- 1–4 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Intellectual Property.
