A&S Legal is hiring Associates (PQE: 0–3 years) and Senior Associates (PQE: 3–5 years) to join their Corporate Team in Pune. The role involves working in the practice areas of Banking & Finance and Real Estate.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work on corporate transactions in Banking & Finance and Real Estate.
- Support the corporate team in drafting, reviewing, and executing legal documentation.
- Assist in due diligence and client advisory matters.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized institution.
- PQE: 0–5 years.
- Strong grounding in transactional work.
- Eye for detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
