Details of the Job/Internship
Dhaval Vussonji & Associates is hiring an Associate or Senior Associate with experience of 4–6 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently handle legal matters before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, and various tribunals.
- Draft and argue substantive applications, pleadings, and detailed written submissions.
- Manage disputes related to real estate, redevelopment projects, and commercial litigation.
- Navigate regulatory issues and procedural strategies for complex cases.
- Maintain direct client interactions and coordinate effectively with senior counsel.
- Collaborate closely with partners on high-level legal research and case strategy.
Eligibility
- Minimum 4–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Experience gained in a reputable law firm or a chambers-based practice.
- Proven comfort with regular court appearances and oral arguments.
- Strong legal judgment, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership over assigned matters.
- Demonstrated interest in real estate and commercial law.
