DMD Advocates is hiring an Associate or Senior Associate with relevant law firm experience to join their M&A, Private Equity, and General Corporate Advisory team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on M&A, private equity, and general corporate advisory matters.
• Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
• Provide legal advice on commercial transactions and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clients and team members on diverse mandates.

Eligibility

• 2–10 years of relevant law firm experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate laws and commercial transactions.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Diligent, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment.

Salary/Stipend
