Details of the Job/Internship
DMD Advocates is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate with experience of 3–7 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle complex legal matters related to asset financing and aviation transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various sector-specific legal documents and agreements.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on aviation laws and regulatory requirements.
- Manage client relationships independently and represent the firm in professional meetings.
- Collaborate effectively with team members on high-value law firm assignments.
- Ensure clear and precise communication in English for all legal writing and speaking engagements.
Eligibility
- 3–7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Asset Financing.
- Prior experience in the Aviation sector is highly preferred.
- Background working in a law firm or the legal team of an airline (not general in-house roles).
- Proven expertise in drafting complex legal documents.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a team environment.
