Goswami & Nigam LLP is seeking a candidate for the position of Associate - Corporate Law with 2 years of experience to join their office in Gurgaon.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Robust understanding of corporate and transaction law.
- Prior experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel.
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Client-focused approach with commercial acumen.
