Details of the Job/Internship

King Stubb & Kasiva is hiring Associates and Senior Associates with 2.5–5 years of experience for its General Corporate & Transaction Advisory teams in Delhi and Bangalore. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Support general corporate advisory and transactional matters.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate and commercial documents.
• Conduct legal research and support transaction execution.
• Work with internal teams and clients on corporate compliance and advisory issues.

Eligibility

• 2.5–5 years of experience in a law firm’s General Corporate & Transactions team.
• Strong corporate law and transaction experience.
• Good drafting, research, and communication skills.
