Details of the Job/Internship

MSS Law Office is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate to join its office in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role involving court appearances across Delhi NCR, drafting and review of legal documents, legal research, and support in litigation and arbitration matters, while working closely with senior attorneys to safeguard client interests and ensure compliance with applicable legal frameworks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Attend courts across Delhi NCR.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Support litigation and arbitration proceedings.
• Assist senior attorneys in providing strategic legal advice and solutions to clients.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognised institution and enrolment with the Bar Council.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills with knowledge of litigation and arbitration processes.
• Knowledge of intellectual property law, corporate law, and commercial laws.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal role is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
