Details of the Job/Internship

S&A Law Offices is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate with experience of 1 to 5 years to join their office in Gurugram.

Profile- Indirect Tax.

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing advice on various issues like classification, rate of Tax, the applicability of exemption notifications, eligibility of input tax credit, job work, liability to pay Tax on import of goods and services or under reverse charge, valuation, etc. under GST Laws. 
• Assisting clients in obtaining and surrender of registration, filing of refund claims, review of data, and filing of monthly and annual returns. Filing of monthly GST and annual returns and filing of refund applications. 
• Conducting GST health checks for clients. 
• Drafting and filing of show cause notices/ appeals/ submissions/ writ petitions before departmental authorities/ tribunals/ High Courts/ Supreme Court. 

Eligibility

• 01 – 03 years for Associate.
• 03 – 05 years as Senior Associate (Prior working experience in GST compliance and advisory)
• Education- CA, LLB.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
