Details of the Job/Internship

S&A Law Offices is hiring Associates / Sr. Associates in Indirect Tax and Corporate Law with 3+ years of experience to join their Hyderabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle GST advisory, compliance, refunds, litigation, and appeals.
• Work on corporate law matters including M&A, PE transactions, FEMA, and SEBI compliance.
• Draft and review documents, provide advisory, and support client requirements.

Eligibility

Indirect Tax:

• Qualification: CA or LLB from a top-tier law college.
• Experience: 3+ years PQE.
• Expertise: GST advisory, compliance, refunds, litigation, and appeals.

Corporate Law:

• Qualification: CS (mandatory) and LLB (preferred from Legal/CA/CS firms).
• Experience: 3+ years PQE.
• Expertise: Companies Act, FEMA, FDI/ODI/ECBs, SEBI compliance, M&A, PE transactions, drafting, and advisory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
