Details of the Job/Internship

Nation with NaMo is looking for a candidate for the position of Associate/Senior Associate/Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience to join them at their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Policy Development & Manifesto Shaping: Lead the research and drafting of state-level manifestos and governance policy recommendations, ensuring alignment with political objectives and stakeholder priorities.
• Strategic Alignment & Reform Execution: Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to align governance reforms with broader strategic goals and facilitate effective implementation.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage governance projects and cross-functional teams, monitor progress, troubleshoot risks, and drive timely execution of key initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Field Support: Engage with government bodies, civil society, and local stakeholders; travel as necessary to support policy rollout and validate impact on the ground.
• Analysis & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports, policy briefs, and presentations that translate complex analyses into actionable insights and clear recommendations. 
• Continuous Improvement & Learning: Monitor governance outcomes and emerging political trends; adapt strategies for maximum impact in a dynamic environment
• Pressure Management & Flexibility: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand setting by managing multiple priorities effectively and adapting to evolving project needs.

Eligibility

• Minimum degree from a Tier 1 or 2 academic institution in Social Sciences, Law or Engineering.
• Previous experience of 2-4 years in consulting, governance research, or similar fields is highly desirable.
• A deep understanding of India’s political and policy landscape, culture, and geography.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
