Details of the Job/Internship

Foresight Law Offices India is hiring corporate lawyers across multiple roles for its Corporate and Commercial Practice at the Defence Colony, New Delhi office. These roles offer opportunities to work on complex corporate transactions, commercial agreements, and client advisory matters, while collaborating closely with senior lawyers in a dynamic and growing practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling complex corporate transactions and managing client relationships.
• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and key transaction documents.
• Supporting corporate transactions and coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Assisting in transactions and building a strong foundation in corporate law.

Eligibility

• Principal Associate: 7+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Senior Associate: 4–6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Associate: 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
