Role and Responsibilities
Should refrain from using AI for drafts and legal research.
Eligibility
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Ability to read Tamil – non-negotiable.
- Familiarity with basic procedural laws and court practices, even through effective internships.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu.
- Prior experience in litigation at the Subordinate Courts will be preferred.
- Punctuality.
