Details of the Job/Internship

Areness is hiring Associate/Sr. Associate for Insolvency & Bankruptcy with the experience of 2 years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• A law degree from a reputed university along with a minimum of two years of experience in insolvency and bankruptcy law.
• An excellent understanding of bankruptcy laws, codes and regulations along with experience in conducting legal research, drafting legal pleadings, and analyzing complex legal issues.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to effectively communicate complex legal issues to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to organize and prioritize complex workloads, multitask and manage tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing of contracts.
• Detail-oriented approach along with exceptional research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and relevant software
