Details of the Job/Internship

UnitedLex is hiring for various Incident Response roles with experience of 1 to 4+ years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify and manage responses to data breaches and security incidents for global clients.
• Analyze complex datasets to determine the scope and impact of sensitive information exposure.
• Assist in the legal review of compromised data to ensure regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions.
• Document incident findings and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders and legal counsel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine incident response protocols and mitigation strategies.
• Lead IR workstreams (for Lead roles) and mentor junior associates on data privacy standards.
• Communicate findings clearly to ensure timely notification of affected parties as required by law.

Eligibility

• Associate: Minimum 1+ year of experience.
• Sr. Associate: Minimum 2+ years of experience.
• Lead: Minimum 4+ years of experience.
• Education: Graduation is required; Law graduates are highly preferred.
• Proven experience in Data Breach and Incident Response is mandatory.
• Ability to join immediately is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail regarding sensitive legal data.

Salary/Stipend
