Bombay Law Chambers is hiring an Attorney – Investment Funds & Asset Management with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to join its Mumbai office. The role focuses on work in the investment funds and asset management practice and requires strong drafting, analytical, and research skills.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on matters relating to investment funds and asset management.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to IFAM matters.

Eligibility

• India-qualified lawyer.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in investment funds and asset management.
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
• Inquisitive and research-oriented approach.
