Details of the Job/Internship

Xander Law Associates is hiring an Attorney with 3–4 years of experience to join their corporate and transactional practice in Gurgaon. The role requires hands-on experience in VC/PE transactions, M&A transactions, and general corporate advisory, including legal due diligence. This is a full-time position requiring five days of work from the office. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle VC/PE transactions.
• Assist in M&A transactions.
• Provide general corporate advisory services.
• Conduct legal due diligence.

Eligibility

• 3–4 years of experience in corporate and transactional practice.
• Hands-on exposure to VC/PE transactions.
• Experience in M&A transactions.
• Experience in general corporate advisory, including legal due diligence.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
