Details of the Job/Internship

Xander Law Associates is hiring an Attorney (Transactional / General Corporate) with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience to join its corporate and transactional practice in Gurgaon. The role involves working on venture capital, private equity, M&A transactions, and general corporate advisory matters in a full-time, work-from-office setup.

Role and Responsibilities

• Undertake legal due diligence for transactions.
• Prepare first drafts of transaction documents including SHA, SSA, SPA, ancillary agreements, and disclosure letters.
• Handle general corporate and routine advisory matters.
• Advise on matters relating to venture capital, private equity, and M&A transactions.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in legal due diligence.
• Sound understanding of the Companies Act and corporate compliance.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
